Label Magic Artwork Requirements

Ideally we would like to sight the proposed artwork prior to quoting so we can prepare your job and make any modifications if needed and/or discuss this with you early on and avoid any surprises down the track.

WE WILL NOT GO AHEAD AND PRINT YOUR JOB UNLESS YOU HAVE SIGHTED AND APPROVED A PDF VISUAL FIRST. HARD COPY DIGITAL PROOFS ALSO AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

Artwork submission requirements:
- A hard copy or PDF visual with all artwork submissions.
- Indication of final size either by die line, crop marks or document size.
- PMS colours specified if any.
- Artwork to be supplied as vector art with fonts converted to outlines. (.AI, .EPS, .PDF files accepted).
- Any bitmap graphics please supply in CMYK with a resolution of atleast 300ppi.
- Indesign/QuakXpress: Please supply with all fonts and pictures (links).
- Minimum 2mm bleed where required
- 2mm internal margins from finished size.
- No vignettes to fade out to 0%.
